Office and remote work
Every 30 minutes the chime pulls you away from the keyboard for a minute. At home nobody walks past your desk; the reminder does.

45
Study for 45 or 60 minutes, then take a proper pause before the next block.
90
Coding and design sessions swallow hours. A longer custom interval keeps the break from being skipped without cutting every flow.
15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, one tap each. Your choice is remembered for next time.
Type any number of minutes from 1 to 480, up to a full eight-hour day.
A desktop notification, a soft chime and a card on the page you're on: one reminder, shown where you'll see it.
The card with a stretching figure fades after 8 seconds, or close it with Got it.
After every reminder the timer starts over, until you press Stop Workday.
Start Workday in the morning, Stop Workday when you're done. The timer carries on after a browser restart.
Deep in a task, an hour feels like ten minutes. The stretch you promised yourself after this email never happens, because nothing reminds you.
A timer outside your head fixes that. Stretch Routine counts down in the background while you work and taps you on the shoulder at the interval you chose: a chime, a notification and a card on the page you're on.
What you do with the break is up to you: stand up, roll your shoulders, walk to the window, refill your water. It's a reminder, not a workout plan.
Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to.
No ads, no analytics, no telemetry. The chime is bundled, so it works offline.
Access to websites is used only to place its own small card on the tab you're viewing. It never reads or changes the page.

Yes. Besides 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, type any number from 1 to 480 into the Custom field.
No. It is a timer and a reminder, not a workout guide or medical advice. It tells you when to take a break; how you stretch is up to you.
Reminders need the browser to be running. Close it and open it again, and your timer carries on.
Browser pages such as Settings or a new tab don't allow it. You still get the notification and the chime; check that your system allows notifications from your browser.
Press Stop Workday, pick a new interval and start again.
